Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Stereo Tales, we aim to create meaningful and high-quality creative work through thoughtful collaboration. Our services involve time, expertise, and creative direction tailored uniquely to each project. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all services purchased through stereotales.com or directly through Stereo Tales.

1. Cancellations
  • Once a project or service has been confirmed and work has commenced (including any pre-production, ideation, or communication work), cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.
  • If you wish to cancel before any work has begun, you may do so within 48 hours of purchase or confirmation, and a 90% refund will be processed (10% covers administrative and payment gateway fees).
  • Cancellations made after production or creative work has started are non-refundable.
  • For ongoing or retainer-based services, cancellations may be made with a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle.
2. Rescheduling
  • If you wish to reschedule a session, meeting, or delivery timeline, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests are accepted once per project or phase and must fall within the agreed project window.
  • Delays caused by client-side unavailability, missing inputs, or approvals may extend timelines but do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
3. Refunds

Because our services are creative and digital in nature, we do not offer refunds once the conceptual, scripting, recording, or editing process has begun.

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

  • A duplicate payment or billing error.
  • A project canceled by Stereo Tales before work has begun.
  • Exceptional circumstances approved by our management at our discretion.

All refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Audio and video production or editing.
  • Voiceover or narration projects.
  • Brand storytelling, writing, or language adaptation.
  • Visibility system setup and consulting sessions.
  • Strategy calls, creative direction, or idea development.
  • Subscription or retainer-based services for ongoing content.
5. Project Pauses & Inactivity

If a project is paused due to client unresponsiveness for over 30 days, Stereo Tales reserves the right to:

  • Mark the project as inactive.
  • Release all reserved timelines and resources.
  • Charge a reactivation fee or treat the project as completed.
