Stereo Tales Terms of Service

Welcome to Stereo Tales — a creative studio and transformation space offering storytelling, strategy, and visibility systems for individuals and brands. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, content, and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

5. Client Materials & Usage
If you provide materials (visuals, text, media, data, etc.) for your project or engagement, you retain ownership of those materials. However, by sharing them, you grant Stereo Tales a limited license to use, adapt, and process them as necessary to deliver the Services.
We may also — with your consent — feature completed projects, testimonials, or excerpts as part of our portfolio or case studies.
6. Payments and Fees
All payments must be made in accordance with the pricing and billing terms provided at the time of engagement or purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, as our work involves significant creative time and intellectual input.
Stereo Tales reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new tiers, or update offerings from time to time.
7. Revisions, Changes, and Service Evolution
Our creative processes often include opportunities for review and refinement. While we strive for clarity and collaboration, all revision opportunities and timelines are defined per engagement scope.
Stereo Tales may also evolve its service formats, processes, and technologies — such as new Visibility System tiers, automation tools, or content types — without prior individual notice. These updates will not affect the validity of your past or ongoing engagements.
8. Confidentiality
Any proprietary business, creative, or strategic information shared by either party is to be treated as confidential. Stereo Tales respects all private information shared during projects and does not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
Our Services are designed for creative, strategic, and educational purposes. While we aim for professional excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, audience growth, or financial results.
Use of our materials and systems is at your own discretion and responsibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stereo Tales and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the integrity of our work, clients, or community.
